Inverurie Medical Group are delighted with the uptake of econsult which has proven itself to be an effective way for patients to access care.
However, due to unprecedented demand at present we are looking to restructure our clinical team to be able to process econsults in a timely manner. We are aware that some econsults are not being responded to in the stipulated timeframe and apologise for this.
We hope that as we align our resources this new clinical demand service will once again improve and ask for your patience with this.
Do not contact the Health Centre regarding your econsult unless your condition has worsened or become more urgent.
